Welcome to 511KitchenAmour, my warm little corner where food, culture, and creativity come alive. It’s more than a kitchen - it’s a celebration of culture, creativity, and connection
Inspired by my Nigerian roots and my life here in Canada reimagined with global flavours and a healthy twist, I curate private dining experiences, city pop-ups, and wholesome Afro-fusion recipes that bring people together over good food and even better memories.
My love for cooking began in my mother’s kitchen — where laughter filled the air and meals were made with heart. Watching her host with joy and grace taught me that food is more than nourishment; it’s love, community, and connection. When I moved to Canada, I longed for those familiar flavours of home and began reimagining them in lighter, healthier ways — blending African soul with North American aromatics.
Out of that same love for wholesome, nostalgic comfort came FitPies — my signature baked meat pies made with simple ingredients, bold flavour, and a modern, healthy twist
